Grehom does not accept any liability whatsoever for any errors in, or omissions from, information published on the Website.To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grehom makes no warranties or representations, whether express or implied, in relation to the Website including but not limited to implied warranties or conditions of completeness, accuracy, satisfactory quality and fitness for a particular purpose. Grehom shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.

Order Processing

Orders are placed and processed as follows:

The Website displays a series of simple instructions which guide you through the ordering process, ending with the "checkout" process. You place your order with us by pressing the "confirm order" button at the end of the checkout process.
We will then send you an order acknowledgement email identifying the products you have ordered. This is not an order confirmation or order acceptance by us.
When your product is despatched to you we will send you a despatch confirmation email.
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us takes place only on the despatch to you of the Products ordered, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (see Returns Policy below)

Payment Information for US$/Euro Card Holders

Our default currency is GBP, however you can choose to change currency on our website to US$ or Euros. Once you choose your preferred currency, our website will show the prices and shipping in this currency. These prices are for reference only and are sourced from Bank of England, London. We will charge your credit card in GBP and the final amount in your own currency (i.e. US$ or Euros) will be determined by the agreement you have with your credit card provider.

Availability of Product and Delivery Times and Dates

Grehom make every effort to ensure that the availability indications appearing on the Website are up-to-date and accurate but we do not guarantee their correctness nor will we accept any liability for late delivery or non-availability of any product.In addition we strive to fulfill orders you place as quickly and efficiently as possible. However, any stated delivery times and/or dates are approximate and we cannot guarantee to deliver within any specific time period.

Returns Policy

If you receive one of our products as a gift or if following your purchase of a product you decide you do not want it you may return it to us within 30 days of delivery to the stated delivery address for a full refund (or, if you prefer, an exchange for a product of the same value), as long as the packaging is unopened.Where the packaging has been opened but you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us for a full refund provided you let us know you intend to return the item within fourteen days of the date the product was delivered to the stated delivery address. See below for the return address. Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 give you the right to cancel your contract to purchase any items you may order within fourteen days of the date the product was delivered to the stated delivery address. If you wish to exercise this right you must notify us by email at customerservice@grehom.com within the fourteen day period, clearly stating the order number and date of order and then promptly return the goods to us at your own cost. If you fail to return any goods for which we have refunded your payment, or if you return goods at our expense, we may charge you with the cost of the goods covered by the refund or the cost of the return, whichever is applicable. None of the above in any way affects your statutory rights.

If you have purchased a premium shipping service, we will refund shipping charges equal to the standard shipping charge applicable at the time of placing your order. If your order includes a gift wrapping service, we will deduct the amount paid for this service from the total refund due to you.

If your parcel is returned to us as undelivered, we will take reasonable steps to contact you and arrange re-delivery of your order at our cost if our carrier has returned the items incorrectly. However, if we do not receive replies to our e-mails, we will make deductions from the total amount of refund due to you. These deductions are for costs involved in processing, packing and shipping your order as well as receiving the returned goods.

Any product which proves faulty within the manufacturer's guarantee period will be repaired at no cost to you or will be replaced. Some of our hand-made items may exhibit minor blemishes or irregularities which may give them a used, rusted or even slightly damaged appearance. These "irregularities" merely highlight their authenticity as individually unique hand crafted pieces. Since most of the products offered by Grehom for sale have a high content of hand work, it is not possible to achieve the same uniformity of finish and consistency of detail as is the case with products that are made entirely with machines. As a result, no two items even from the same production batch will be identical. Hence, we will not accept any returns on account of two items of the same product being slightly different from each other.

For orders that are classified as " pre-order ", we are unable to accept any requests for cancellation once the order has been confirmed by us. We would accept any requests for refunds only if the items are received in damaged condition. Any requests for refunds for damaged items would be processed in accordance with terms and conditions of carriage of our courier companies

Linking Policy

A link may only be created from your website to the home page of the Website with the prior written consent of Grehom.
