• We can gift wrap your purchase from us. Add the product you wish to purchase in your shopping basket and then select a suitable gift wrapping option from the menu above.
• Please select one gift wrap option for every item you would like to be wrapped.
• Key features of our gift wrapping service are:  
• Gift Wrapping Papers are hand made from recycled fibres
• The designs are printed by hand using wooden blocks or screens
• You can also add a Gift Message by clicking the View & Edit Cart button
• Gift Wrapping Service is not available for large products like glass lamp bases and lampshades.

1. By Credit card or Debit card on Grehom Checkout. If you have a PayPal account, you can use that too.
2. You may spread the cost of your purchase by paying in instalments, please choose the PayPal payment option. Grehom Ltd is not a lender and this facility is administered and offered at the discretion of PayPal. Any questions regarding this facility should be addressed to PayPal.
3. Trade customers can pay via bank transfer. Please write to us for a proforma invoice.
4. We do not take payments over the telephone. However, we can take your order over the phone and email an invoice via PayPal. Please read full instructions on the Payment Options page.
5. If you face any difficulties in completing your purchase, please write to us with a brief description of the problem faced by you.

In your email, please include the order number and a short description of the reason to return the item(s) bought from us. Please include photo evidence if the item(s) are faulty or received in unsatisfactory condition.
