Request For Quote

Request for quotation is placed and processed as follows:

The Website displays a series of simple instructions which guide you through the quotation process. You place your request for quotation with us by pressing the "submit for quote" button at the end of the process.
We will then send you an acknowledgement email identifying the products you have requested. This is not an order confirmation or order acceptance by us.
We will send a quotation to the email address provided by you at the time of registering on our website.
Any quotation given by us shall not constitute an offer for sale or a representation that those goods are available for sale. Any quotation shall only be valid for a period of 30 days from its date of issue.
 

Pricing Information for US$/Euro Customers

Our default currency is GBP, however you can choose to change currency on our website to US$ or Euros. Once you choose your preferred currency, our website will show the prices and shipping in this currency. These prices are for reference only and are sourced from the Bank of England, London. Our quotation will be prepared in GBP.

Availability of Product and Delivery Times and Dates

Grehom makes every effort to ensure that the availability indications appearing on the Website are up-to-date and accurate but we do not guarantee their correctness nor will we accept any liability for late delivery or non-availability of any product. In addition we strive to fulfill orders you place as quickly and efficiently as possible. However, any stated delivery times and/or dates are approximate and we cannot guarantee delivery within any specific time period.

Warranties

Some of our hand-made items may exhibit minor blemishes or irregularities which may give them a used, rusted or even slightly damaged appearance. These "irregularities" merely highlight their authenticity as individually unique handcrafted pieces. Since most of the products offered by Grehom for sale have a high content of hand work, it is not possible to achieve the same uniformity of finish and consistency of detail as is the case with products that are made entirely with machines. As a result, no two items even from the same production batch will be identical. Accordingly, any reference to weight, size and/or thickness of the goods set out in the website is indicative only and Grehom shall not be deemed to be in breach if the weight, size and/or thickness of goods supplied does not correspond exactly with that stated in the website provided that the goods achieve their purpose as listed in their description in the website.

A link may only be created from your website to the homepage of the Website with the prior written consent of Grehom.
