Q. How can I pay for my order?
A. You can use any of the following payment options:

  1. By Credit card or Debit card on Grehom Checkout. If you have a PayPal account, you can use that too.
  2. You may spread the cost of your purchase by paying in instalments, please choose the PayPal payment option. Grehom Ltd is not a lender and this facility is administered and offered at the discretion of PayPal. Any questions regarding this facility should be addressed to PayPal.
  3. Trade customers can pay via bank transfer. Please write to us for a proforma invoice.
  4. We do not take payments over the telephone. However, we can take your order over the phone and email an invoice via PayPal. Please read full instructions below.
  5. If you face any difficulties in completing your purchase, please write to us with a brief description of the problem faced by you.

Q. Can I pay with an international card not denominated in GBP?
A. Yes, you can pay with an international card. Our default currency is GBP (British Pounds), however you can choose to change currency on our website to US$ or Euros. Once you choose your preferred currency, our website will show the prices and shipping in this currency. These prices are for reference only. We will charge your credit card in GBP and the final amount in your own currency (i.e. US$ or Euros) will be determined by the agreement you have with your credit card provider.

Q. How can I place an order over telephone?
A. To place your order over telephone, please call us on 02380-336515. We are normally available between 9am and 3pm, Monday to Friday. In case, we are unable to take your call, please leave a brief message with your contact details and we would call you back.

For orders placed on the phone, we send a PayPal invoice to your e-mail address. This invoice can be paid with any debit or credit card in the same manner as you would on a website. You can expect to receive this PayPal invoice within 30 minutes of placing your order on the phone. Once you have placed your order on the phone, stocks are kept reserved for 4 hours. If we do not receive full payment for your order within this time limit, we will cancel your order.

Your order is shipped within one working day of receiving the full payment. A confirmation e-mail is sent to you once the order is shipped.
