Plan for Minimising Disruption During Royal Mail Strike Action

We have been informed by Royal Mail that their workforce have announced an industrial action on the following four dates:

Friday 26 August, Wednesday 31 August, Thursday 8 September and Friday 9 September 2022

We have made contingency plans to send your parcels with alternate carriers but we expect delays as all the carriers would find it difficult to fill the void created by absence of Royal Mail’s collections and deliveries.

Please place your order as soon as possible to ensure it reaches you before the start of the industrial action by Royal Mail. We will try our utmost to get as many parcels packed and sent out in advance of the strikes to minimise any disruption.

Our delivery timeline for standard orders will be 3 to 5 working days and the Next Day service will be changed to a 2 Day service. We expect to revert to our normal delivery timelines from the middle of September once all the disruption caused by the industrial action has been resolved.
